Lighting Senior Project Manager

Location: Livermore, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $80,255.98–$100,319.96 per year in California, depending on qualifications and experience. Commission/bonus plan: Project House Plan.

What you will do

• Manage complex, high-profile lighting projects, including quotations, purchase orders, order placement, shipment tracking, billing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and vendors on pricing, claims, returns, backorders, substitutions, and account management.
• Resolve customer issues, expedite overages, shortages, damages, and backorders, and maintain timely project communication.
• Identify pricing advantages, alternative delivery methods, and product substitutions to improve project profitability and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate project documentation, including O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance.
• Build customer relationships through communication and occasional off-site visits; provide guidance to entry-level Project Managers when needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrical distribution industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer and peer communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding, time-sensitive environment and occasionally travel to off-site locations.
