Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Client (Workplace Fit-Out)

Location: United States; remote working arrangement from listed locations, with on-site work based in New Jersey

Salary: $121,658–$170,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary owner/client contact and manage relationships with the project design team.
• Lead workplace office space fit-out and amenity-area construction activities, including architectural components and workplace standards.
• Plan and integrate operational facilities, IT, security, and audiovisual systems into design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs, project meetings, action items, schedules, budgets, change control, and project close-out.
• Lead RFP generation, consultant and contractor selection, bid analysis, award recommendations, and FF&E procurement.
• Collaborate with construction teams, owner’s consultants, contractors, and senior project managers.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• Critical experience managing tenant improvement projects and workplace fit-out installations.
• Experience with FF&E, audiovisual installations, MEP, IT, and security across design and construction phases.
• Five years of experience using MS Project or similar scheduling software.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and risk-control skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
