What you will do

• Educate healthcare providers on genetic testing, sponsored testing programs, IRD gene panels, and test requisition best practices.
• Identify educational needs among healthcare stakeholders and potential genetic testing key opinion leaders.
• Engage healthcare providers, laboratories, and internal partners through virtual, phone, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional client teams and contribute to U.S. diagnostic strategy.
• Attend conferences and participate in compliant advocacy, outreach, and local engagement activities.
• Provide diagnostic insights and follow-up education to support effective sponsored testing utilization.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for hire in a select U.S. location.
• BA or BS degree required; a healthcare degree such as MS, RN, PA, PharmD, or PhD is strongly preferred.
• Three to four years of experience in pharma, biotech, commercial, clinical or medical roles, or diagnostics.
• Excellent virtual presentation, communication, influencing, and healthcare stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual meeting technologies, and digital engagement tools.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs, laboratories, and internal or external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in virtual customer engagement, inside sales, clinical support, diagnostics, or medical education.
• Experience with rare or ultra-rare diseases and a strong patient focus.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology.
