Salary: $90,000 - $103,000 USD

What you will do

• Support clinical data review and case preparation to ensure accurate interpretation of genetic findings.
• Apply guided workflows for phenotype-genotype correlation using standardized resources.
• Assist with variant classification by gathering evidence and performing preliminary literature searches.
• Prepare documentation and maintain internal databases and report editing.
• Participate in team training and professional development to build competency in clinical analysis.
• Abstract clinical information from patient records to support the team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited genetic counseling program, or a Master’s/PhD in Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or an MD/DO.
• For Genetic Counselors: Board-eligible status or active certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
• Licensure required in the state where the employee works.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and internal systems.
• Ability to work shifts: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5pm ET.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior clinical or laboratory experience.
• Experience with variant curation.
