What you will do

• Provide escalated clinical and technical support to patients and HCPs via phone and video conferencing.
• Conduct scheduled virtual remote pump trainings following established clinical protocols.
• Document all customer interactions and case resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to support territory needs and patient education.
• Identify and report potential health and safety issues related to products or techniques.
• Act as a dedicated customer advocate to ensure high-quality service and resolution.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be based in the U.S. and available for Pacific Time Zone hours.
• RN, RD, RPh or equivalent clinical education and licensure.
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or CDCES eligible.
• 5+ years of clinical diabetes experience conducting patient education programs.
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience with insulin pumps and CGM systems.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience with CRM software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
