Intune & JAMF Engineer (Endpoint Management)

Location: Remote within Latin America; Quito, Ecuador is preferred.

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and enterprise endpoint management platforms.
• Design, execute, and improve software deployment validation across Windows and macOS.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, analyze logs, and resolve endpoint issues.
• Create repeatable testing and validation procedures for deployment workflows.
• Automate testing and operational processes using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Document processes and implement endpoint management best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Jamf Pro and other MDM or endpoint management solutions.
• Experience validating software deployments across Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and device enrollment processes.
• Experience troubleshooting deployments, analyzing logs, and improving operational processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kandji, Apple Business Manager, SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager, or Microsoft Entra Hybrid Join.
• Knowledge of Okta and other identity providers.
• Experience with QA automation frameworks.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Machines, EC2 Mac, or MacStadium.
