Lead End User Computing Engineer (Apple)

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with two days onsite and three days remote each week. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize JAMF Pro for enterprise-scale Apple device management.
• Own Apple Business Manager, MDM/Intune, service integrations, application packaging, and enterprise app deployment.
• Drive procurement, provisioning, zero-touch deployment, patching, compliance, and retirement across the Apple device lifecycle.
• Establish macOS and iOS security baselines, conditional access, endpoint protection, and compliance controls.
• Lead and mentor engineers and administrators while providing Tier 3 escalation support for complex endpoint issues.
• Define SLAs, performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with infrastructure, identity, networking, and cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager, and desktop application management.
• Strong JAMF Pro administration and architecture experience.
• Experience integrating Azure AD/Entra ID or Okta SSO with conditional access strategies.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, preferably Bash; Python experience is relevant.
• Knowledge of endpoint security frameworks, compliance standards, and device lifecycle management.
• Proven technical leadership, incident management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work or military experience.
