What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the enterprise device fleet using Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf.
• Provide L2 support for device enrollment, policy implementation, and application deployments.
• Handle patching and compliance for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Perform operational packaging and deployment follow-ups.
• Contribute operational data for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in EUC, Device Management, or endpoint support.
• Operational experience with Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf Pro.
• Fundamentals of Windows, macOS, and iOS device support.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash.
• English: B2 minimum.
• French or Italian: B2 minimum.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in Wroclaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Workspace ONE Administrator certification.
• Jamf 100+ certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
