What you will do

• Administer and optimize macOS, iOS, and Windows endpoints using Intune and MDM tools.
• Implement zero-touch deployment workflows via Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to improve reliability.
• Monitor endpoint compliance, health, and inventory through reporting and dashboards.
• Act as a regional escalation point for design and implementation decisions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align regional solutions with the wider EUD roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in endpoint management or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with macOS administration and Microsoft Intune for Windows.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, device lifecycle, and modern management.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Solid grasp of core networking and security concepts including DNS, DHCP, and Entra ID.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with IT and security teams.
