Senior Intune Endpoint Management Specialist (Cloud Security & Automation)

What you will do

• Administer and enhance Microsoft Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings, and enrollment workflows.
• Design and maintain Windows Autopilot, macOS Automated Device Enrollment, iOS, and Android Enterprise deployments.
• Package, deploy, and manage Win32 and cross-platform applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Implement endpoint security baselines, Conditional Access, device compliance, risk-based policies, and Zero Trust controls.
• Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Log Analytics, and Intune data.
• Provide third-line endpoint support, investigate compliance issues, manage patching, document procedures, and train L1/L2 teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, modern authentication, Windows Autopilot, and hybrid join configurations.
• Solid PowerShell scripting skills, particularly with the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK.
• Experience deploying Win32 applications through Intune and understanding Windows 10/11, Group Policy, and MDM enforcement.
• Knowledge of BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, attack surface reduction, troubleshooting logs, Event Viewer, and diagnostic tools.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required. Fluent English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, security, or cloud technologies.
• Experience working in a distributed or multinational environment.
