What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise Lean roadmap in partnership with the Transformation Office and executive leadership.
• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, structured problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Establish Lean standards, governance, operating routines, and sustainment mechanisms across the organization.
• Define and monitor metrics for quality, throughput, cycle time, productivity, efficiency, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement maturity.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate productivity gains, cost reductions, capacity creation, and return on investment.
• Build enterprise capability through coaching, training, train-the-trainer programs, and a network of Lean champions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Lean, operational excellence, continuous improvement, transformation, process improvement, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide Lean initiatives and cross-functional improvement programs.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving activities.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, change leadership, business, and financial skills.

Nice to have

• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Experience in financial services, technology, operations, consulting, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with Hoshin Kanri, strategy deployment, or similar strategy execution frameworks.
• Master’s degree.
