What you will do

• Define and execute the global CGT transformation strategy, including governance and long-term roadmaps.
• Lead Operational Excellence, digitalization, and productivity improvement initiatives across the global manufacturing network.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize costs and operational performance.
• Champion digital transformation by implementing automation and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and flexibility.
• Establish global training and capability-building programs to ensure workforce readiness and standardized competency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business, or Operations Management (Advanced degree preferred).
• Must be based in Houston, TX, USA.
• Significant leadership experience within biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational performance management.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation, automation technologies, and manufacturing systems.
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations within regulated manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Direct experience within Cell & Gene Therapy, biologics, or advanced therapeutics.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and advanced analytics.
• Experience leading large-scale global transformation and organizational change programs.
