What you will do

• Lead and drive Lean transformation by initiating improvement projects and optimizing project workflows.
• Integrate ASIC development into an end-to-end product development perspective.
• Enable early, cross-functional evaluation of key development decisions.
• Coach project teams and leaders in the adoption and evolution of Lean principles.
• Support organizational change to ensure improvements are sustainably embedded in operations.
• Represent the project organization in collaboration with the central PMO.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Several years of experience applying Lean methodologies in project-based or engineering environments.
• Experience in management consulting or internal transformation functions.
• Solid understanding of technology-driven product development and large-scale engineering projects.
• Ability to structure complex challenges and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Hands-on mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to driving implementation.
