What you will do

• Lead the continuous improvement strategy and multi-year roadmap for the technology organization.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and value stream mapping sessions.
• Establish enterprise technology processes, governance frameworks, and scalable best practices.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and executive-level operational reporting.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or related initiatives.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and organizational change management.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, metrics, governance frameworks, and operational reports.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• PMP certification.
