Salary: £60k - £75k base salary

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, ensuring projects meet quality and timeline standards.
• Act as a technical consultant to map customer goals and deliver configurations that maximize business value.
• Shape and clean customer datasets using SQL to ensure optimal performance for predictive machine learning models.
• Collaborate with the data science team to identify anomalies and blockers in customer data.
• Provide expert guidance on feature usage, including renewal forecasting and process automation.
• Support pre-sales engagements by demonstrating technical capabilities to prospective customers.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills including complex joins, subqueries, window functions, and CTEs.
• Proven experience in data consulting, implementation, or customer engineering at a SaaS company.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple parallel implementations under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
