TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom)

What you will do

  • Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead scoping workshops to capture business requirements, marketing workflows, and technical dependencies.
  • Design bespoke solutions and orchestrate seamless integration workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Advise on migration strategies and ensure harmonious coexistence with existing systems.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure milestones are achieved.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SaaS implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Martech realm.
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, scoping, and solution workshops.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into client-tailored system solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
