Implementation Consultant (Martech)

What you will do

• Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, managing delivery, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Lead scoping and solution workshops to capture business requirements, marketing workflows, governance processes, and technical dependencies.
• Design tailored solutions and integration workflows, including migration strategies for existing systems.
• Coordinate with Configuration, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and third-party agency teams.
• Build customer relationships, deliver presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support go-live and post-implementation adoption.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of SaaS implementation experience and a strong understanding of Martech.
• Experience leading stakeholder engagement, scoping, and solution workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into client-tailored system solutions.
• Knowledge of data migration and systems integration concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project documentation, RAID logs, configuration checklists, multiple projects, and deadlines; proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools such as monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, and Lucid.
