What you will do

• Lead the PM layer across multiple engineering organizations, overseeing primitives including Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge, and the Query Plane.
• Define the semantic layer (Ontology) to enable AI agents to reason over legal data through entities and relationships.
• Develop a unified retrieval pillar (Query Plane) featuring hybrid retrieval (lexical + vector), reranking, and tiered storage.
• Establish the operating rhythm, planning cadence, and decision frameworks for a multi-pillar PM organization.
• Drive internal GTM and adoption of the Foundational Layer across all hirify.global product teams.
• Coach and scale the PM organization by hiring, leveling, and establishing product practices for new domains.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives, such as storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, or query engines.
• Ability to design API contracts and contribute to engineering scope decisions and data consistency models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent experience.
• Must be located in or able to work in a hybrid/remote capacity within the USA (Illinois).

Nice to have

• Experience at data-platform-centric companies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Elastic, MongoDB, or Palantir.
• Experience building for AI systems, agents, or ML pipelines as primary consumers.
