Director of Product Management (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; listed locations include San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Seattle, Austin, and Chicago.

Base salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers.
• Own prioritization and tradeoffs across growth, retention, and profitability.
• Build a repeatable multi-service product strategy for customers and service professionals.
• Define how AI and agents are used by the team, customers, and service professionals.
• Partner with design, engineering, data, finance, and operations on product decisions.
• Improve the core lawn-care experience while taking pool cleaning and future verticals toward profitable scale.

Requirements

• Experience leading and coaching strong product managers while remaining involved in complex product work.
• AI-native mindset and interest in building agent-enabled products.
• Strong systems thinking across customers, service professionals, marketplace economics, and business outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly across competing growth, retention, and profitability goals.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with design, engineering, data, finance, and operations.
• High standards for product scoping and user experience.
