What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing Product Managers.
• Own the shared roadmap, balancing tradeoffs between growth, retention, and profitability.
• Develop a multi-service strategy to expand the platform into new verticals beyond lawn care.
• Define the product vision for AI and agent-native workflows across the platform.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and operations to drive execution.
• Set the operating model and craft standards for the product team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Deep experience in systems thinking and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven track record as a player-coach who can lead teams while remaining hands-on with product work.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to sequence complex roadmaps.
• AI-native mindset with a belief in the agent-driven platform shift.
• Ability to earn trust and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
