Salary: $175,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term vision and roadmap for the mobile application.
• Own key product metrics including engagement, retention, activation, and membership conversion.
• Lead the development of AI-native experiences to make travel planning more personal and contextual.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Editorial to deliver high-impact features.
• Build a disciplined experimentation practice using A/B testing and data-informed decision-making.
• Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling consumer digital products, specifically mobile apps.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfer available.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and customer insights.
• Exceptional ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience balancing long-term innovation with rapid execution.

• Experience leading AI-powered consumer products and leveraging LLMs.
• Background in travel, subscriptions, marketplaces, or media industries.
