Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year, plus company equity via stock options.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on month-end reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial insights.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for credit card revenue share, interchange fees, CECL allowance, and interest income.
• Build and maintain LTV, CAC, and unit economics models for credit card users.
• Analyze delinquency rates, net charge-offs, and CECL provisioning with relevant teams.
• Evaluate pricing, expenses, and new initiatives through scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Automate KPI dashboards and support expense planning across customer-focused business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Ability to craft C-level narratives using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
