What you will do

• Architect Customer Support capacity models and translate operational drivers into strategic headcount plans.
• Act as the dedicated FP&A lead for CS & IT, managing forecasting, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Own the analytical narrative for SaaS retention and core CS metrics such as utilization and cost-to-serve.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
• Drive company-wide initiatives including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and churn reporting.
• Optimize IT spend and software vendor costs across the customer-experience cost base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or FinTech.
• Strong fundamentals in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and validating data independently.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready narratives for leadership.

Nice to have

• Python for data analysis or automation.
• Experience with modern data stacks like Snowflake and dbt, or BI dashboarding tools.
• Interest in AI-forward finance workflows.
• Experience partnering specifically with Customer Support, IT, or Product/Engineering orgs.
