What you will do

• Own P&L forecasting, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting.
• Analyze unit economics and gross margins, defining CAC/LTV across different customer segments.
• Conduct rigorous analysis on TAM, new product opportunities, and M&A to optimize capital allocation.
• Leverage AI-driven FP&A tools to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and company leadership to drive business execution.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience owning forecasting and analytical decision-making within a high-growth company.
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to use SQL for data extraction.
• Ability to translate dense financial data into compelling strategic narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco to support the in-person company culture.
