What you will do

• Build and own the financial models and forecasting infrastructure to power company planning and decision-making.
• Drive investment and growth decisions through deep analysis of unit economics and cohort trends.
• Automate manual reporting using AI and modern tooling to create self-serve dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Improve forecast accuracy and identify margin efficiency gains through visibility into performance drivers.
• Implement operational improvements to the business's economics based on financial insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of using AI to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, or build tools.
• Strong modeling skills for scenario planning and streamlined reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and QuickBooks (or similar ERP).
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Familiarity with SQL or Sigma.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code.
