What you will do

• Manage headcount, vendor spending, and hosting expenses to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes using AI and business intelligence tools.
• Build and maintain scalable financial models, reports, and variance analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to support cost optimization and business transformation.
• Coordinate month-end processes and drive finance-related projects.
• Maintain a deep understanding of SaaS business models including ACV, revenue, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building dynamic, scalable financial models.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Experience with operating expense planning, headcount management, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning, OfficeConnect, or SAP.
• Practical experience using AI and automation tools for financial reporting.
• Background supporting SaaS or technology-focused business units.
