What you will do

• Design and maintain sophisticated financial models for GTM OPEX, including sales, marketing spend, headcount, and commissions.
• Own variance analysis to identify root causes of budget-to-actual differences and translate them into actionable insights.
• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to GTM leaders, managing budgets and driving spend accountability.
• Analyze SaaS metrics (CAC, payback period) to optimize efficiency and enable leadership to make informed decisions.
• Automate core financial systems using Pigment, NetSuite, and Snowflake to ensure a single source of truth.
• Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for Board of Directors decks and investor materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to build robust financial models.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC, NRR) and their impact on the P&L.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across functions and organizational levels.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• SQL experience for driving insights from large datasets.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment.
