Salary: $152,000–$190,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Provide strategic financial partnership and guidance to GMs and delivery teams within the Consumer Financial Services (CFS) organization.
• Develop unit economics models, business cases, and financial frameworks for new consumer financial products (borrow, save, spend).
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the CFS portfolio to drive investment decisions.
• Define and monitor key financial and product metrics to ensure visibility and accountability in product scaling.
• Influence product design, go-to-market strategy, and roadmap prioritization using deep credit and payments expertise.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team in Arlington as the business scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Significant hands-on experience supporting credit, lending, or payments products, ideally in a Fintech environment.
• Proven track record of launching new financial products from early stage through scale.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling and the ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations.
• Experience building and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Arlington, VA office.
