What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of issuer and processor relationships, including governance, contract negotiations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive partner onboarding and product launches by coordinating technical integration, BIN setup, and network approvals.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Finance to translate regulatory and network rules into internal plans.
• Execute the Issuing roadmap, defining milestones and resolving risks to keep stakeholders aligned on timelines.
• Develop durable partner operating mechanisms, including SLAs, oversight reporting, and incident handling protocols.
• Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools to optimize partner reporting, diligence workflows, and document review.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or product operations management in fintech, issuing, banking, or payments.
• Direct experience independently owning bank partner and/or card processor relationships at a senior level.
• Knowledge of card issuing economics, BIN sponsorship models, network rules (Visa/Mastercard), and consumer card regulations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs from onboarding through launch in ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in designing scalable program operating mechanisms in regulated environments.
• Must be based in the United States (referenced via US salary zones and EEOC guidelines).

• Experience launching consumer financial products with Tier 1 issuing banks or processors.
