Location: Must be based in the US (Austin, TX); hybrid setup requiring at least 3 days in the office.

Salary: $173,100 – $276,800 USD per year

What you will do

• Provide oversight and governance for VCS programs using the hirify.global Agentic Tool Chain (VATC).
• Partner with Product and Technology leads to drive annual operational planning and quarterly reviews.
• Manage resource rosters, program forecasts, budgets, and labor capitalization.
• Coach and mentor PMO and scrum teams on adopting agile best practices and the Agentic Lifecycle Operating Model.
• Ensure compliance with SSDLC, Golden Rules, and audit requirements (FFIEC).
• Implement value-based reporting and agility metrics to accelerate benefit realization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent advanced degree experience).
• U.S. residency/work authorization (U.S. Applicants Only).
• Proven track record in technical program management or software development.
• Expertise in Enterprise Program Management tools like Jira, Jira Align, and Power BI.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and PMP/PgMP certifications.
• Background in FinTech and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Nice to have

• Experience developing plugins and agents using Claude Code, cline, or other AI Agentic tools.
• Advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, PhD).
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to improve product delivery effectiveness.
