IT Supervisor, Enterprise Technical Services

Location: Onsite in Ripley, Tennessee, USA, near Memphis; travel to other hirify.global locations may be required.

What you will do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the IT desktop support team at a manufacturing facility.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate technical staff while addressing skills and proficiency gaps with HR support.
• Oversee end-user device deployments, software installations, phone administration, and client support issues.
• Create and maintain IT processes, procedures, policies, and operational documentation.
• Define and enforce break/fix support standards, remove operational roadblocks, and align service delivery with business objectives.
• Manage IT assets across offices, warehouses, distribution centers, plants, and factory stores.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience with extensive client support and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience leading small teams and influencing broader organizational change.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency with IT hardware, peripherals, operating systems, applications, project management, and collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and process improvement skills.
