Desktop Support Technician IV (Windows/IT Support): Providing Tier 2 on-site end-user support and telecommunications maintenance for complex, highly regulated environments with an accent on incident management, account administration, and hardware repair. Location: Colorado Springs, CO, USA (On-site). Security Clearance is required.
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide on-site Tier 2 support for end-user devices (EUD), account management, and printer support.
- Install, program, and maintain telecommunications systems and cabling.
- Lead major technical assignments and evaluate performance to recommend system changes.
- Handle Local Registration Authority (LRA) and VIP support.
- Manage and track on-site device assets.
Requirements
- Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and PCs.
- Active Security Clearance (interim level at minimum).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- IT education preferred.
