is a global travel retail and food & beverage company operating across airports, motorways, cruise ships, ports, railways, and other travel channels.
What you will do
- Implement and integrate POS systems for F&B outlets, including connectivity, data synchronization, and security compliance.
- Configure and manage office infrastructure such as networks, internet connectivity, applications, IP phones, computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for store and back-office hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage software procurement, licensing, updates, business application integrations, and local IT assets.
- Coordinate incident resolution, procurement, and project deployments with vendors and regional and global IT teams.
- Maintain documentation, implement IT policies and disaster recovery plans, deliver user training, and report technology performance to APAC IT leadership.
Requirements
- Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or IT infrastructure support.
- Prior POS experience in retail or F&B environments is highly preferred.
- Customer-service orientation, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
- Fluent Japanese and effective English communication are required.
