What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and success criteria for the AI Receptionist product suite.
• Design seamless autonomous interactions and staff handoff flows across voice and text channels.
• Define and track key product metrics including resolution rates, agent productivity, and CSAT.
• Develop deep customer insights to ensure AI solutions are trusted and adopted by business owners.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to execute the product strategy.
• Connect product performance to business outcomes and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5–8 years of product management experience in B2B2C or B2B/B2C environments.
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered products and designing for user trust.
• Strong LLM fluency and hands-on experience with prompt design.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and perform analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI decisions for cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, voice interfaces, or messaging products.
• Background in vertical SaaS or services-industry platforms.
• Familiarity with AI quality evaluation and measurement.
