What you will do

• Own the growth of the self-serve funnel, managing metrics and experiments to improve activation, conversion, and retention.
• Define and build the product experience across onboarding, the developer console, and the activation path.
• Establish the complete system for business rhythms, data-driven optimization, and the experimentation platform.
• Maintain a weekly rhythm of shipping hypotheses and measuring outcomes rather than following a static roadmap.
• Collaborate across DevRel, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize the end-to-end user journey.

Requirements

• Mandatory product-led growth (PLG) experience, with a track record of moving self-serve funnel metrics without sales intervention.
• Strong technical ability to prototype, write SQL, and reason about engineering tradeoffs.
• Genuine AI fluency, with evidence of integrating advanced AI tools into professional workflows.
• Proven ability to build reporting, optimization, and experimentation systems from scratch.
• Clear communication skills for leading decisions and handling pushback from executives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer-centric or API-first products and SDK adoption.
• Computer science or engineering background, or a history of shipping independent side projects.
• Experience with tools such as Superset, Heap, and GrowthBook.
• Experience in companies balancing both self-serve and enterprise business motions.
