What you will do

• Lead initiatives to automate administrative workflows such as clinical note writing, client scheduling, and paperwork using AI.
• Develop real-time clinical guidance tools for use during therapy sessions.
• Optimize tools used by providers to reduce administrative burden and allow more focus on patient care.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver product improvements.
• Drive measurable impact in user retention, workflow efficiency, and task automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).
• Proven track record of building and scaling SMB SaaS, productivity tools, or operations platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive, high-efficiency product experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data and experimentation for decision making.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for time-constrained professional users.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML and automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Background in compliance, clinical software, billing, or high-complexity operational domains.
