Salary: $30.00–$35.00 USD per hour for US-based candidates, plus incentive pay. Canadian compensation follows local market conditions.

What you will do

• Prospect assigned accounts through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns.
• Engage prospects, identify business needs, and conduct discovery conversations to assess solution fit.
• Convert leads into qualified meetings, demos, and sales opportunities through consistent follow-up.
• Manage territory priorities and maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Track performance metrics and refine outreach strategies to improve results.
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to advance opportunities and improve go-to-market effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or a similar outbound sales role.
• Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments.
• Proven success generating pipeline and achieving activity or opportunity targets.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, customer engagement, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
