What you will do

• Proactively prospect and penetrate target accounts using multi-channel outreach including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research enterprise and mid-market organizations to identify key decision-makers like C-level executives, HR Leaders, and CFOs.
• Conduct high-impact discovery conversations to educate prospects on the EOR value proposition and book qualified meetings.
• Navigate gatekeepers and handle complex objections regarding global payroll, compliance, and competing solutions.
• Maintain meticulous records of outreach sequences and conversion metrics within Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for cold outreach activity and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• Proven track record in pure outbound sales development, lead generation, or cold-calling heavy roles, preferably in SaaS.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to handle professional rejection.
• Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, or Outreach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for crafting personalized and compelling cold copy.
• Ability to articulate how a global EOR platform solves corporate expansion pain points.
• Must be based in Ireland.
