What you will do
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Communicate hirify.global's value propositions and identify prospect needs.
- Educate and develop prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Perform cold calls to prospects and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
- Provide feedback to the Marketing Team regarding quality of marketing-sourced leads.
Requirements
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools.
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Able to think strategically and tactically, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
- Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; be a proactive self-starter.
- English: Fluent written and spoken required.
