Salary: $40.00–$45.00 per hour

What you will do
- Administer methadone according to physician orders and maintain medication accountability.
- Screen and assess new and current patients for treatment and dosing appropriateness.
- Observe patients after medication administration and monitor physicals, laboratory work, and treatment progress.
- Collect and document urine specimens, dosing records, medication inventories, and discrepancies.
- Receive medication shipments, prepare courtesy and vacation dose packages, and maintain medical supplies.
- Support treatment-center quality standards, accreditation requirements, staff training, and treatment-team meetings.
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of employment.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Accurate data-entry skills and basic computer and office-equipment knowledge.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly.
- Ability to work in a medical setting involving prolonged standing, patient contact, bloodborne-pathogen exposure, and occasional high-stress conditions.
Nice to have
- Experience in chemical addiction treatment.
- Phlebotomist certification or willingness to obtain it if required.
- Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuges, physical-assessment tools, test strips, and breathalyzers.
