Salary: $150,000–$223,850 base salary annually, with 45% incentive.

What you will do

• Define and execute the short- and long-term AI technology strategy in alignment with enterprise and business unit objectives.
• Direct the design and delivery of reusable AI platform capabilities, including agentic AI, orchestration, observability, and model infrastructure.
• Establish engineering standards, reference architectures, and scalable development practices for safe AI delivery.
• Oversee the transition of AI solutions from proof of concept to reliable enterprise production.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, architects, governance bodies, and business-unit AI leads to prioritize investments and drive adoption.
• Lead AI engineers and manage partner and vendor relationships while tracking adoption, business impact, cost, and usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise platforms or solutions.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise-scale AI/ML or emerging technology strategy.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, orchestration, MLOps, LLMOps, and cloud AI platforms.
• Experience delivering production-grade reusable capabilities and partnering with governance, risk, security, and architecture functions.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience operationalizing AI through a Center of Excellence or platform operating model.
• Familiarity with FinOps, responsible AI frameworks, the EU AI Act, or NIST AI RMF.
