What you will do

• Lead the strategy for the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and cloud infrastructure teams to define the platform roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership for the architecture of scalable, reliable, and efficient AI/ML systems.
• Drive platform execution using agile methodologies and high standards for code quality and security.
• Mentor software and ML engineers, promoting a high-performance engineering culture.
• Participate in code reviews and hands-on problem-solving alongside the team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years as a technical lead or Software Architect.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring software and ML engineering teams.
• Expertise in building scalable production applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience deploying AI models using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, or Azure Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures, API ecosystems, and context management.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and machine learning lifecycle management.
