Salary: $200,000 - $290,000

What you will do

• Lead the technical architecture and design of cutting-edge Generative AI and agentic systems.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to national and international clients, guiding them through AI strategy and implementation.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to full-scale production.
• Drive thought leadership in GenAI, LLMs, and emerging AI techniques to position the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Support business development through technical presales, solution scoping, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure high-quality technical outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting or solution architecture.
• 5-7 years of recent focus on the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and capable of engaging confidently with senior client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with diffusion models, GANs, or other generative architectures.
• Experience in designing multi-agent systems.
