What you will do

• Support strategic business plans and day-to-day commercial strategies for priority institutional clients across FICC and Equities.
• Analyze revenue, sales credits, market share, client activity, and product trends to identify performance insights and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, briefings, and recurring performance updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trading, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Track actions, deliverables, risks, and dependencies from client reviews and leadership discussions.
• Improve reporting, data quality, and workflows through standardization, automation, and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and evolving AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Sound judgment, integrity, accountability, and a collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Interest in financial markets, institutional clients, and sales and trading businesses.
• Experience with large datasets, financial metrics, dashboards, or business intelligence tools.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, VBA, SQL, or Python.
• Internship or professional experience in financial services, consulting, analytics, strategy, or business management.
