Financial Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States; hybrid schedule with two days per month in the office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without restrictions.

What you will do

• Lead financial reporting and data solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Own data integrity, investigate reporting issues and variances, and drive root-cause resolution across systems.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to improve close, reconciliation, reporting, and financial data workflows.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, datasets, pipelines, and reporting layers.
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, testing, and rollouts while reducing manual effort and close timelines through automation.
• Identify and deliver AI/ML use cases using Copilot, Snowflake ML, Python, and related technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a similar role supporting Finance and Accounting.
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, including large-data analysis, reporting troubleshooting, process automation, and business insight generation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable ERP platform.
• Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions with Power BI, including dashboards, visualization, and performance reporting.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, Databricks, or a similar platform.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
• Knowledge of Python or similar automation technologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and interest in applying them to reporting and decision-making.
