Manager, Commercial Operations & Analytics (Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid in Evanston or Princeton, New Jersey; applicants must be authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead ongoing client engagements, project execution, process improvements, deliverable transitions, and client-request planning.
• Oversee proposals, methodologies, work quality, timelines, budgets, statements of work, financial summaries, and client invoicing.
• Design complex enhancements for reports, online tools, data processes, executive dashboards, field reports, triggered alerts, and scorecards.
• Direct data processing and analytics teams and frequently use coding to support data processing, analytics, and reporting.
• Own client relationships, grow external engagements, and identify opportunities for new offerings and practice areas.
• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop diverse global teams while supporting employee engagement and management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with 8–10 years of professional experience.
• Professional experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Coding experience with SAS, Python, SQL, or similar tools, plus data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
• Advanced analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, people management, and project management skills.
