Specialist, Business Strategy - Trading Services

Location: Hybrid position based in Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; Omaha, NE; Chicago, IL; or St. Louis, MO, United States

Salary: USD $24.66–$47.07 per hour

What you will do

• Gather, organize, and analyze market, client, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analyses for business decision making.
• Prepare presentations and materials for business reviews, planning discussions, and leadership meetings.
• Support strategic initiatives through research, data collection, documentation, and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Trading Services partners.
• Coordinate project deliverables and maintain project documentation while developing knowledge of trading platforms, products, clients, and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including large datasets, formulas, charts, and basic data analysis.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in financial markets, investing, trading, and the brokerage industry.
• Interest in pursuing foundational securities registrations as part of professional development.

Nice to have

• Internship, academic project, campus leadership, or work experience in data analysis, business analysis, finance, economics, consulting, research, or project coordination.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and communicating findings or recommendations.
• Familiarity with PivotTables, lookups, data visualization, or basic financial modeling.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
