Senior Data Analyst (Product)

Location: Hybrid work based in either the New York or Austin office; access is also available to collaborative offices in King of Prussia and Scottsdale.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 base annually, plus eligibility for the company bonus pool and new-hire equity.

What you will do

• Translate strategic initiatives and stakeholder requirements into focused, buildable product features.
• Define product and functional requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Partner with development and QA teams to break down work, define test cases, and ensure test coverage.
• Perform functional testing, provide initial product sign-off, identify bugs, and support resolution.
• Communicate product plans and decisions across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Develop processes and tools to track usage trends and inform future product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills, including documenting functional requirements and use cases.
• Experience managing project work through the software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to read and write SQL.

• Finance or retirement-plan knowledge.

• Former junior engineering experience.
