Senior Behavioral Experimentation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Develop and analyze digital experimentation programs, including A/B testing and Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions, messaging strategies, and product features.
• Manage experiments using platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, and LaunchDarkly.
• Analyze large-scale customer datasets to identify trends and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Marketing teams to influence innovation strategy.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track behavioral and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, experimentation, research, or KPI reporting.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, RCTs, and similar methodologies.
• Proficiency in R, SQL, SPSS, STATA, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Heap.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing financial, transactional, or customer behavior data within fintech.
• Academic or professional background in behavioral economics or consumer psychology.
• Familiarity with machine learning, personalization models, or recommendation engines.
