Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead talent acquisition for the Munich office and broader European hiring needs.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering, technical, operations, and business roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across Germany and Europe.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, and technical leaders on requirements, candidate profiles, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Establish recruiting infrastructure and strengthen hirify.global’s employer presence across German and European aerospace and advanced technology markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field, plus at least 9 years of related experience.
• 2–5 years of leadership or management experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or significant recruiting initiatives.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies in a high-growth organization and recruiting specialized engineering and technical talent.
• Strong understanding of the German talent market and ability to recruit across Germany and the broader European market.
• Knowledge of German and European recruiting, employment, candidate data privacy, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English is required. German proficiency is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in space, aerospace, defense, satellite, RF, electronics, telecommunications, or another advanced technology environment.
• Experience building a new office, business unit, geographic market, or technical organization.
