What you will do

• Own and drive full-lifecycle recruitment for diverse business departments.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies and maintain a strong hiring pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and build sustainable talent pools.
• Conduct structured interviews and lead candidate debriefs.
• Represent the company at recruitment events and use hiring data to optimize talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition.
• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and solve complex challenges proactively.
• Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken.
