What you will do
- Support recruitment and interview processes from pre-hire through post-hire.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate evaluation activities for qualified candidates.
- Review and screen applications against position requirements.
- Update candidate statuses and recruitment progress in applicant tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support and escalate concerns to recruiters or hiring managers.
Requirements
- German language proficiency is required.
- High school diploma.
- Experience in a business or office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, customer service, and organizational skills.
